Lomé, Togo  ·  The diaspora's 360° partner

Your home in Togo,
managed on the ground.

Land title, drawings, construction, rental management. P2G takes your project in hand from Lomé, with a single point of contact and transparent reporting, wherever in the world you happen to be.

  • A team based in Lomé
  • One point of contact
  • Site progress in photographs
  • Payments tied to progress

Where it starts

Building from abroad should not mean building blind.

Entrusting a property project in Togo from abroad means trusting someone when you cannot check everything yourself. A relative who is available but not qualified. A contractor recommended by word of mouth. Costs that are announced but never evidenced.

That gap is precisely what P2G fills: a structured team on the ground, the same process on every project, and information that reaches you without your having to chase it.

  • Never quite knowing where the site really stands
  • Paying without seeing the work to match
  • Juggling contacts, and conflicting versions of events
  • Discovering an incomplete land file far too late

Who we are

A presence on the ground for those who build from a distance.

P2G Investments Group is the 360° partner of the Togolese diaspora for everything to do with a home in Togo. We handle land title registration, cost estimates, architectural and 3D drawings, construction from start to finish, and rental management for owners living abroad.

We also act as your trusted intermediary with any specialist contractor, selecting, supervising and following the work on your behalf. Based in Lomé, we remain your single point of contact, from the first conversation through to completion.

Our commitments. Not our intentions.

Our method

Seven steps. Nothing left in the dark.

Every project follows the same path. You know what is happening, when, and what comes next.

  1. Understanding the project

A conversation to pin down what you need, your budget and your timeline. On WhatsApp, by video call, or in person in Lomé.

  2. Site visit and technical survey

Our engineers go to the plot or the property to assess what is feasible and record the real constraints.

  3. Itemised estimate and design

A line-by-line estimate delivered within 48 hours, then 2D and 3D drawings with up to three rounds of revisions until you sign off.

  4. Contract and schedule

The works schedule and the payment schedule are written into the contract, together with a provision for cost fluctuation. Nothing begins before signature.

  5. Official formalities

Land file, one-stop land office, notarial deed, OTR filing, building permit. We carry the formalities and keep you informed of where they actually stand.

  6. Construction and monitoring

Tenders, purchase of materials, hiring of tradespeople, day-to-day management of the site. Progress in photographs and a monthly cost report.

  7. Final inspection and handover

An inspection attended by the technical director and the owner, then a turnkey handover.

  8. Interior of a completed home, ready for handover

The handover of the keys closes the process. You sign off only once the inspection is done and every snag has been cleared.

Following from afar

You know what has been done, what has been paid, and what comes next.

Reporting is not a favour you have to ask for. It is simply how we work. Every week, dated photographs of the site. Every month, a report on progress and costs.

  • Dated progress photographs, every week
  • A monthly report on works and spending
  • Your sign-off before every key stage
  • A named project manager you can reach

Frequently asked

The questions we are asked most often.

A question you do not see here? Ask us directly.

Can I start a project without travelling to Togo?

Yes. It is the heart of what we do. We carry out the technical survey, prepare the estimate and the drawings, handle the administrative formalities and run the site ourselves. You sign off remotely at each key stage, and receive regular photographic updates.

How do I follow progress on the works?

You receive dated photographs of the site every week, along with a monthly report setting out how the works and the costs are moving. Your project manager remains reachable between reports.

How are payments organised?

A payment schedule is written into the contract, aligned with the works schedule. Instalments follow the real progress of the site. The contract also includes a provision for cost fluctuation, so that movements in material prices are anticipated rather than endured.

Can P2G handle the land title?

Yes. We take care of opening the file, submitting it to the one-stop land title office, the notarial deed and the filing with the OTR, through to the issue of the title and its publication in the Official Gazette.

Do you produce the architectural and 3D drawings?

Yes. Our engineers and architects carry out the site visits, the itemised estimates and the full set of drawings, 3D included, with up to three rounds of revisions to arrive at the project you want.

Can you manage a property once it is built?

Yes, through our rental management service: letting the property, collecting the rent, routine maintenance, caretaking, supervision of repairs and, where necessary, recovery of arrears. The management contract runs for a minimum of one year and renews automatically.

How do you select specialist contractors?

We identify the contractor suited to the need, negotiate and supervise the work on your behalf, then follow it through to completion. Solar panels, air conditioning, security, furnishing: you deal with one point of contact throughout, us.

How does working with P2G begin?

With a conversation about your project, by video call, on WhatsApp or in person in Lomé. We pin down the need, schedule the technical survey, then send you an itemised estimate within 48 hours. No commitment at that stage.

Next step

Your project deserves someone you can trust on the ground.

Tell us what you need. We will help you shape the next steps of your project in Togo, with no commitment on your side.
