P2G Investments Group is the 360° partner of the Togolese diaspora for everything to do with a home in Togo. We handle land title registration, cost estimates, architectural and 3D drawings, construction from start to finish, and rental management for owners living abroad.
We also act as your trusted intermediary with any specialist contractor, selecting, supervising and following the work on your behalf. Based in Lomé, we remain your single point of contact, from the first conversation through to completion.

Land file, one-stop land office, notarial deed, OTR filing, building permit. We carry the formalities and keep you informed of where they actually stand.
Tenders, purchase of materials, hiring of tradespeople, day-to-day management of the site. Progress in photographs and a monthly cost report.
An inspection attended by the technical director and the owner, then a turnkey handover.
The handover of the keys closes the process. You sign off only once the inspection is done and every snag has been cleared.

Yes. It is the heart of what we do. We carry out the technical survey, prepare the estimate and the drawings, handle the administrative formalities and run the site ourselves. You sign off remotely at each key stage, and receive regular photographic updates.
You receive dated photographs of the site every week, along with a monthly report setting out how the works and the costs are moving. Your project manager remains reachable between reports.
A payment schedule is written into the contract, aligned with the works schedule. Instalments follow the real progress of the site. The contract also includes a provision for cost fluctuation, so that movements in material prices are anticipated rather than endured.
Yes. We take care of opening the file, submitting it to the one-stop land title office, the notarial deed and the filing with the OTR, through to the issue of the title and its publication in the Official Gazette.
Yes. Our engineers and architects carry out the site visits, the itemised estimates and the full set of drawings, 3D included, with up to three rounds of revisions to arrive at the project you want.
Yes, through our rental management service: letting the property, collecting the rent, routine maintenance, caretaking, supervision of repairs and, where necessary, recovery of arrears. The management contract runs for a minimum of one year and renews automatically.
