Who we are
P2G Investments Group,
your presence in Lomé.
We are the 360° partner of the Togolese diaspora for everything to do with a home in Togo. One point of contact, from the first conversation through to completion.
Where it starts
Why P2G exists.
Thousands of Togolese families living abroad want to build, renovate or put a property to work back home. Almost all of them hit the same wall: you have to be there. There to choose, there to sign, there to check, there to pay at the right moment.
Unable to be there, people hand the project to whoever is available rather than to whoever is qualified. Decisions get made by text message, costs are announced without being evidenced, and information only travels when you chase it.
-
Distance
You cannot drop by the site on a Saturday morning to see where the work has really got to.
-
Trust
A helpful relative who is not in the trade, a builder recommended by word of mouth: the project rests on relationships rather than on a framework.
-
Information
Without regular reports or dated photographs, there is no way to reconcile what has been paid with what has been done.
-
Paperwork
Land formalities call for a physical presence and a working knowledge of the local channels, from the one-stop land office to the Official Gazette.
That gap is precisely what P2G fills: a structured team on the ground, the same process on every project, and information that reaches you without your having to ask for it.
Our mission
One partner, not a succession of contractors.
Our mission fits in a single sentence: to be, from Lomé, the trusted person you would have sent yourself had you been able to go. We handle land title registration, cost estimates, 2D and 3D architectural drawings, construction from start to finish, and rental management for owners living abroad.
This is what we call the 360° approach: five services covered by the same team, with the same process and the same point of contact. You do not have to rebuild a relationship of trust at every new stage of your project.
- New build Villas, family homes, income-producing buildings, from estimate to handover.
- Renovation and fit-out Refurbishment, extension, interior fit-out, with the same rigour as a new build.
- Rental management Letting, rent collection, upkeep, caretaking, recovery of arrears.
- Diaspora support Land formalities, building permits, remote reporting, bilingual contract.
- Trusted intermediary Selection, negotiation and supervision of any specialist contractor, on your behalf.
Our presence in Lomé
A team on the ground, one point of contact for you.
Being based in Lomé is not an address on a website. It is what makes it possible to walk your plot, to deal with suppliers at the real price, to follow a file through to the right office, and to see the progress with our own eyes before reporting it to you.
- Site visit and itemised estimate within 48 hours
- Tenders, purchase of materials, hiring of tradespeople
- Day-to-day management of the site and quality control
- Site progress photographed every week
- A monthly report on how the works and the costs are moving
- Final inspection with the technical director and the owner
What "one point of contact" actually means
-
You
Wherever you are. You decide, you approve, you follow.
-
Your project manager
Dedicated, named, reachable. They carry your file and report back to you.
-
The ground
Tradespeople, suppliers, notary, government offices, specialist contractors. Coordinated by us, never by you.
Our commitments
Our commitments. Not our intentions.
Here is what is set down in black and white in our contracts, and in the way we work day to day.
Itemised estimate
A line-by-line costing, delivered within 48 hours of the technical survey.
Contractual schedule
Works and payment schedules written into the contract, with a provision for cost fluctuation.
Drawings signed off with you
2D and 3D design, with up to three rounds of revisions before work starts.
Progress in photographs
Dated photographs of the site every week, without your having to ask.
Monthly report
How the works and the costs are moving, sent every month.
Payment by stage
You pay for the stages actually completed, never in advance.
One point of contact
A dedicated project manager, named and reachable wherever you are.
Final inspection
Sign-off attended by the technical director and the owner before the keys change hands.
Next step
Tell us what you want to build. We will tell you how.
One conversation is enough to frame your project: what is feasible, in what order, and what it takes. With no commitment on your side.
