Service 01
New build, from start to finish.
Residential villas, family homes, income-producing buildings: we build your project from start to finish.
You have a plot, an intention, and nobody on the ground to turn one into the other. Estimates vary twofold, the site moves with no one watching, and the spending only comes to light afterwards.
One team carries the project, from the first estimate to the handover of the keys.
What P2G takes on
- Site visit and itemised estimate within 48 hours
- Architectural design and 2D/3D drawings, with up to 3 rounds of revisions
- Construction schedule and payment schedule written into the contract, with a provision for cost fluctuation
- Day-to-day management of the site: tenders, purchase of materials, hiring of tradespeople
- A monthly report on how the works and the costs are moving
- A final inspection attended by the technical director and the owner, then a turnkey handover

Renovation and fit-out, the same standard.
Full or partial refurbishment, extension, interior fit-out: bring an existing property back to its full value.
A property inherited, bought or simply ageing deteriorates fast when nobody is following the work. Renovation sites are often the least closely watched, and the ones that slip the most.

Rental management, without the burden.
Your rental income, without the day-to-day burden.
A property let from abroad demands a constant presence: collecting, maintaining, dealing with incidents, chasing. Without a reliable pair of hands on the ground, the income you expected turns into a permanent worry.
You remain the owner. We carry the day-to-day running of the property.

- A rental management contract of one year minimum, renewed automatically
- Letting the property and collecting the rent
- Routine maintenance and caretaking of the property
- Supervision of repair works in your absence
- Recovery of unpaid rent and handling of eviction proceedings where necessary
- Assistance with buying or selling houses and land (sourcing and viewings)

From abroad, land remains the most exposed part of any project: an incomplete file, a title never issued, a power of attorney given to the wrong person. And a return trip often costs more than it settles.
