Who is responsible for your data

P2G Investments Group, established in Lomé, Togo, is the controller of the personal data collected through this site. Contact: p2ginvestgroup@gmail.com.

Some of our clients live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Canada. We apply to all of our contacts the level of protection set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), whatever their country of residence.

What data we collect

We only collect the data you give us voluntarily:

• Identity: first name and surname
• Contact details: email address, WhatsApp or telephone number
• Country and city of residence
• Project information: type of service, location in Togo, land situation, budget in mind, timing, free description

We collect no sensitive data within the meaning of the GDPR. We never ask for bank details, identity document numbers or passwords through this site.

Why we process it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare an estimate. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• To manage the commercial relationship and, where applicable, perform the contract. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing, and we neither sell nor rent it to third parties.

Who has access

Your data is accessible to those members of the P2G Investments Group team handling your enquiry and following your project. It may be processed by our technical providers, solely for the purposes of the service and under a duty of confidentiality:

• our host, Vercel Inc., for making the site available;
• the form delivery provider, for transmitting your enquiry;
• our email service provider.

These providers may be located outside the European Union. Any transfers are covered by the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

WhatsApp

If you contact us through WhatsApp, your exchanges are subject to that service's privacy policy, published by Meta Platforms. We exercise no control over that processing. Using this channel remains your choice: the contact page offers alternatives by email and by telephone.

How long we keep it

• Enquiry that goes no further: 3 years from the last contact.
• Client under contract: for the duration of the relationship, then in line with the statutory retention periods applying to accounting and contractual records.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers and no profiling tools. No consent banner is therefore required.

The typefaces and animation libraries are hosted on our own servers. No resource is loaded from a third-party content delivery network: visiting this site passes your IP address to no one other than our host.

If analytics are introduced at a later date, this page will say so and, where the applicable rules require it, your prior consent will be sought.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to data is limited to those who need it. As no system is infallible, we encourage you not to send through the forms any information you would consider particularly sensitive.

Your rights

You have the following rights over your data:

• the right of access and to a copy;
• the right to rectification;
• the right to erasure;
• the right to restriction of processing;
• the right to object;
• the right to data portability;
• the right to withdraw your consent at any time, where processing rests on it.

To exercise these rights, write to p2ginvestgroup@gmail.com. We respond within one month. If you live in the European Union and believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

This policy may change. Any substantial amendment is flagged by updating the date below.
